Remote working
Last updated : May 13, 2026
Point B.10 of article 9 of the CCT SAS 2025 deals specifically with remote working.
Legal framework
Remote working applies in accordance with the agreement signed on 20 October 2020 between the social partners, declared to be of general obligation by grand-ducal regulation of 22 January 2021.
Arrangements for application
Remote working applies according to the specific features of the employer's activity and the employee's tasks. Not all roles in the care and assistance sector lend themselves naturally to remote working; administrative, logistics or coordination posts, on the other hand, can benefit from it.
The specific provisions (frequency, equipment, allowances, monitoring arrangements, etc.) are defined via the employer's service work regime (RTS), in consultation with the staff delegation where applicable.
