1. Purpose of the site
The website https://salairesanteluxembourg.com (hereinafter "the Site") is an information service published by BENAMMAR Mehdi, trading under the business name "Opefitoo".
The purpose of the Site is to provide:
- general information on salaries in Luxembourg,
- simulators and estimation tools,
- informative content of an indicative nature.
The information published is provided for information purposes only and does not in any way constitute legal, tax, accounting or professional advice.
2. Acceptance of the terms
Accessing and using the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.
The publisher reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
Users are invited to consult them regularly.
3. Access to the service
The Site is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection.
The publisher makes every effort to ensure the availability of the Site but does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access.
4. Credits, payment and right of withdrawal
4.1 What is free, what is paid
Using the calculator and viewing the result on screen are entirely free: users can check their estimate, correct their data and start over as many times as they wish without any payment.
Only exporting the report as a PDF requires a credit. Credits are sold in packages, at the rates shown on the "Pricing" page. Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (Luxembourg VAT included).
Credits are personal, attached to the user's account, non-transferable, and do not expire. Payment is processed by our provider Stripe; no card data is stored on our servers. An order confirmation is sent by email after each purchase.
4.2 Right of withdrawal — unused credits
In accordance with the Luxembourg Consumer Code, a consumer user has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without having to give reasons.
This right applies to credits not yet used: they are refunded in full, to the original means of payment, upon simple request sent via the "Contact" page within the fourteen-day period.
4.3 Right of withdrawal — used credits
Generating a PDF report constitutes the supply of digital content on an intangible medium, performed immediately at the user's request.
At the time of purchase, the user expressly requests that performance of the contract begin immediately and expressly acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal for the credits they consume. This request and acknowledgement are obtained via a tick box, not pre-ticked, which must be confirmed before any payment.
Consequently, a consumed credit — that is, one that has given rise to the generation of a PDF report — is not refundable. The remaining credits from the same purchase remain refundable under the conditions of article 4.2.
4.4 User input error
The PDF report faithfully reflects the data entered by the user into the calculator. An input error (classification, length of service, dates, working time, etc.) does not give rise to a refund, the service having been performed in accordance with the request. As the result can be viewed free of charge on screen before any export, it is the user's responsibility to check their data before consuming a credit.
The publisher nevertheless reserves the option of granting, as a gesture of goodwill and without this constituting recognition of any right, a replacement credit. Any such request may be sent via the "Contact" page.
4.5 Malfunction attributable to the service
If a credit is debited without the corresponding PDF report being delivered due to a technical malfunction of the Site, the credit is restored or refunded free of charge, upon request sent via the "Contact" page.
5. Liability
The data and results provided by the simulators are estimates based on general information.
The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions taken on the basis of these results.
Users are solely responsible for the use they make of the information on the Site.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (texts, graphics, logos, tools, structure, code, etc.) is the exclusive property of BENAMMAR Mehdi, unless otherwise stated.
Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use is strictly prohibited without prior written agreement.
7. Advertising
The Site currently displays no advertising. Should this change, these Terms and the Privacy Policy would be updated beforehand.

9. Cookies
The Site uses only a session cookie strictly necessary for authentication, exempt from consent. Traffic measurement on the Site is carried out without any cookie. See sections "Cookies" (4) and "Cookieless audience measurement" (4 bis) of the Privacy Policy for details.
10. External links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites.
The publisher exercises no control over these sites and declines all liability as to their content or their privacy policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by Luxembourg law.
Any dispute relating to the use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Luxembourg courts.
