Night work

Without prejudice to the specific provisions of annexes H and L of this Collective Bargaining Agreement, night work means work performed between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. For each hour of night work performed, the employee is entitled to a supplement of 25%. Hours worked on the night of a Sunday or a statutory public holiday give rise to entitlement to the cumulation of the applicable supplements.
