Public holiday work

Employees are entitled to the statutory public holidays in accordance with the provisions of article L.232-2 of the Labour Code. The provisions of articles L.232-7 et seq. of the Labour Code are applicable. Where a statutory public holiday falls on a Sunday, the provisions of article L.232-3 of the Labour Code are applicable.
