Holiday allowance

The employee is entitled to a holiday allowance, payable with the salary for the month of June, or where applicable at the end of the employment contract. This allowance amounts to 42 index points as from 2025.

The holiday allowance is not due in the event of dismissal for gross misconduct.

The employee receives as many twelfths of the predefined amounts as they have worked full months during the last twelve months (July N-1 to June N) with their employer. The holiday allowance is prorated according to the employee's average working time during the reference period.

In June 2025, only the amount relating to a half-period (corresponding to the first 6 months of 2025) will be paid.
