Annual recreational leave

Employees are entitled to paid annual recreational leave in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions. The duration of this leave is 34 working days per year (including customary public holidays). However, it is 36 working days from 1 January of the year in which the employee reaches the age of 50, and 37 working days from 1 January of the year in which the employee reaches the age of 55. The elements of the above arrangement which go beyond the statutory leave as at the date of conclusion of this agreement are not cumulative with any future increase in statutory leave.
