Calculation of supplements for night, Sunday and public holiday work during annual leave and sick leave

With regard to the calculation of supplements for night, Sunday and public holiday work during annual leave, article L.233‐14 of the Labour Code applies. With regard to the calculation of supplements for night, Sunday and public holiday work during sick leave, article L.121‐6 of the Labour Code applies.
