The collective agreement for employees of pharmacies open to the public (2026-2029) places this profession in career E. The amounts below are gross monthly salaries for a full-time 40-hour week.

The annual total covers 12 monthly payments. It leaves out the year-end allowance, which depends on years with the same employer: 25% of December's salary after 4 years, 40% after 8, 60% after 12 (art. 14). The agreement provides no holiday bonus.
